The MatchMe Online platform provides AI-assisted content generation for job applications. The content generated is for personal use to aid in your job search process.
2. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account manually by our administrators or automatically.
3. Platform Credits
MatchMe Online utilizes a credit-based system for content generation. Credits purchased do not have an expiration date unless specifically indicated during a promotional offer. Standard daily free credits reset every 24 hours and do not roll over.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. It is MatchMe Online's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website and services.
Data Collection & Usage
We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect limited profile information such as your name, contact details, experiences, and generated content explicitly tied to your account for the purpose of personalizing your job application generation.

Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your MatchMe Online experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at matchmeonlineapp@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for your request. Providing a reason helps us understand how we can improve our service. Once your request is received, we will process your refund back to your original payment method promptly.
Please note that the refund window is strictly 14 days from the date of purchase.
